 It is not mandatory, you may pay through Paypal with your credit/debit card without having a Paypal account.​

We deliver within the European Union Countries.

• What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping to all orders within Italy; the shipping costs for international orders will be calculated while processing the order and we offer free shipping when a customer buys over a certain amount (100 euro or 140 euro it depends on the destination).​

• Who is responsible for customs duties?

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees applied to international shipments are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the total cost of your order.

• How do I track my order?

You will receive an email from the courier to track the order a few hours after the order fulfillment​

• How do customers redeem gift cards?

To redeem the card, the recipient heads over to waitbotanicamente.com store and finds items to purchase. During payment, they select the Redeem a gift card option and enter their unique gift card code.
