These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase of products through the official WA:IT online store.

By placing an order on this website, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms.
WA:IT products are offered for sale to consumers worldwide.

2. Products
WA:IT offers fragrances, cosmetics and ritual products developed in accordance with European cosmetic regulations.
We strive to present products as accurately as possible. However:
•    colors may vary depending on screen settings 
•    fragrance perception is subjective 
•    packaging may evolve without affecting product quality 

3. Orders
To place an order, customers must complete the checkout process.
Once submitted:
•    the order constitutes a binding offer 
•    a confirmation email will be sent 
WA:IT reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of:
•    product unavailability 
•    payment authorization failure 
•    suspected fraudulent activity 
Any payments received for cancelled orders will be refunded.

4. Prices and Payments
All prices are expressed in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Shipping costs and any additional charges are clearly indicated at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. WA:IT does not store payment details.

5. Shipping and Delivery
WA:IT ships worldwide.
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
Estimated delivery times:
•    Italy: 2–5 business days 
•    Europe: 3–7 business days 
•    International: 5–12 business days 
Delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.
The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer only upon delivery.
WA:IT shall not be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures or events beyond its control.

6. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other local charges.
These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If a shipment is refused or not collected, WA:IT reserves the right to deduct shipping costs, return shipping costs and any additional charges from any refund.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from delivery, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, customers must send an unequivocal statement to:

Returned products must be:
•    unused 
•    unopened 
•    in original packaging 
•    in perfect condition 
Customers must return the goods within 14 days from notifying the withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

8. Hygiene and Safety
In accordance with applicable law, sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons cannot be returned once unsealed.
This includes fragrances, cosmetic and personal care products.
Discovery Sets are designed for sampling and exploration and are therefore not eligible for return once opened.

9. Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 14 days from the notification of withdrawal.
WA:IT may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or proof of return shipment has been provided, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by WA:IT.

10. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If a product is received damaged or incorrect, the customer must contact WA:IT within 5 days of delivery, providing photographic evidence.
WA:IT will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

11. Limitation of Liability
WA:IT shall not be liable for:
•    delays caused by carriers or third parties 
•    customs clearance delays 
•    incorrect information provided by the customer 
To the extent permitted by law, WA:IT shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including trademarks, product names, images and texts — is the exclusive property of WA:IT.
Any reproduction or use without prior written consent is prohibited.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
Where the customer qualifies as a European consumer, mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence shall prevail.
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Torino, Italy, except where consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
